A Loving Heart Senior Care

A close reactive of mine was well taken care of by the friendly staff and the very educated and caring doctors. The improvements seen in my relative were very noticeable. The staff took time every day to console and chat with my relative, as if they were family, for that I am grateful!

I referred my cousin to a local board and care as her mother’s facility was closing down due to lack of resources to pay the bills. My aunt was neglected and appeared to be near death when she arrived at this care facility. The owners and the staff did an amazing job of getting my aunt in process is it’s the right doctors who addressed her needs and challenges! I believe the loving care, compassion and 24 hour hand holding made my aunts life much better. She thrived in this environment and came alive again after years of abuse.

We chose A Loving Heart Senior Care because it was very clean and the staff members were really on top of things. The room sizes here were adequate, they are all single rooms. I did not eat here but I have seen the food and it looks wonderful and my father in law LOVED it. They had a lot of activities and always kept residents busy with things. I would recommend the community.

I am so blessed that they are taking such great care of my father. He has doctors and nurses they come there to see him and they keep up with his medications. The caregivers are the best. They are so very patient and I can't say enough about them. They have made it so I don't have worry when I not there. They are just incredible. I know that he is in goods hand while I am not there and I have no worries.

A Loving Heart took amazing care of my mother during her final months. [names removed] and the rest of the staff treated her with love, care, and kindness. Her room was bright, clean and comfortable. The staff welcomed my father’s visits and offered support for him as well. During this difficult time in our lives, [names removed] became a forever part of our family.

[name removed] took care of my mother for 10 years after a debilitating stroke; she would have lasted less than half that time without the loving attention she received from every staff member, who treated her as a member of their family. When she passed away, two of their staff members were at the hospital, crushed. I visited Mom more than 500 times, and each and every time I was on the lookout for foul odors, sloppiness or inattention; it never happened, as [name removed] runs a tight ship. Not only that, but she was very reasonable on her charges and constantly went above and beyond, finding us the best doctors to work with, the most reasonable supplies, and steering us clear of services to avoid. If I ever have to be in a board and care, this is where I'd like to be.

The owner in A Loving Heart Senior Care was amazing. He was very professional and knowledgeable. My father had great care. The staff communicated very well with the family. The community is very clean and the meals are good. A recommended community to families in search of a great place for their loved ones.

The staff at A Loving Heart Senior Care are doing a really good job. They are amazing. My sister, who is a little more involved than I am, is very happy with this facility. All the staff are just very caring and loving. I am very pleased.

A "Loving Heart" really does live up to their name. The owner, "Rocky," goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are well cared for and receive the services they need, 24 hours a day. Visiting nurses, doctors, and therapists are frequently on premises tending to residents. The staff is caring and friendly to residents and visitors alike. They accepted my bed-ridden mother-in-law when larger facilities turned her down, and have treated her like a queen. The house is very pleasant and spotlessly clean. The residents who can be out of bed, are up and in the front room daily, seated in special wheelchairs or "lift" recliners. There is a large television and a huge fish tank for them to enjoy. There is a very pleasant patio with a (fenced in) pool where residents can and do sit outside in the shade, if they so desire. Activities are limited due to the limited capacities of the residents. I would happily live in this home myself, were I in need of this level of care.

Rocky really knows her stuff. Very informative. home is nice and everyone is thriving. Lots of locks on doors and alarms when getting out of bed or even a chair. Recliners are set up in living room to watch T.V. together. No openings right now.

Poor communication, argumentative when asked questions, expensive in the extreme, happy to drug your loved on into oblivion if it makes their lives a little easier, unable or unwilling to furnish care records. If you want to hear complaints about how difficult it is to care for your (minimally disabled) parent, maybe this is the place for you. But I wouldn't advise sending a dog here. Even one you hate. When we moved our parent to another facility, she improved dramatically. And the other facility was half the price.
